When Galstaun College sought a new cleaning partner, the leadership team knew they needed a company that could bring consistency, care, and professionalism to their high traffic school environment.

CHALLENGES

APPROACH

• Conducting a site audit and risk assessment to under stand cleaning demands across classrooms, specialty rooms (ie Lab, Art Rooms, Canteen, sports hall)
• Hiring and vetting all cleaning staff before day one, ensuring compliance with Working With Children and Police Checks.
• Providing comprehensive induction sessions, where school-specific expectations, safety procedures, and sustain ability goals were clearly communicated.
On the first week of service, everything was operational equipment, staff, supplies, and reporting systems. Teachers and administrators noticed immediate improvements: there were no missed areas, no confusion, and no downtime.
OUTCOMES

Within the first term under ACW’s management, the impact was clear and measurable. Minimal cleaning complaints Issues dropped from daily negative feedback to minor low impact monthly feedback. Improved staff morale Teachers and cleaners alike reported higher satisfaction, with cleaning teams now viewing themselves as part of the school community. Healthier learning environment Routine sanitisation of all areas has created a safer, and more hygienic environment for students and staff.
