Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team has guided ACW from a family operation to a national network, building systems that deliver at scale while maintaining the values and accountability that earned client trust from day one.

Raymond Eid

Managing Director

Raymond started his first ever cleaning job at a hotel in 1991. He worked the contract and since then, has dedicated himself to building a company which understands his clientele. He is extremely motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused with a natural ability for winning new business and forging loyalty with clients and external business partners.

 

As a leader, he has always maintained a hands-on approach, ensuring the philosophy of the organisation is lived out by all staff. His passion for the cleaning industry has steered the growth and development of ACW and continues to do so.

Tony Guglielmo

Business Manager

Tony has been with ACW for over 20 years, working across all departments and oversees the Sales and Operations team.

 

His creative approach to problem solving ensures that potential issues are mitigated before they arise or are resolved quickly.

Business Relationship Manager

Paul is the second generation in his family to work at ACW, following his father Raymond, Managing Director. Paul started with ACW as a cleaner at the Hard Rock Cafe more than 15 years ago.

 

Paul is responsible in market development through generating new contracts and establishing a local network in different industries.

Ange Tsakalis

Ange has a legendary focus on customer satisfaction, having spent over 2 decades in management, hospitality and operations. He’s a diplomatic problem solver and is responsible for ensuring we adhere to our QA standards.

David Deguara

David, with over 30 years of trade experience, brings unmatched expertise and a proactive mindset to ACW Property. His leadership has significantly expanded the department, growing the team to 70+ skilled staff members, transforming it into a quality-driven powerhouse.

Akshat Goyal

A seasoned leader with over a decade of experience across people and culture strategy, industrial and employee relations (IR/ER), and organisational development, Akshat leads the HR function with a comprehensive understanding of workforce management which plays a pivotal role in driving ACW’s people-first approach.
