ACW (A Cleaner World) is a national facility services provider with local teams across Australia. We are a ‘family and friends’ business, founded in 1991 with staff who have been with us over 20 years. We treat all of our staff and clients like family! Guided by our core values of excellence, integrity and dedication, we aim to be the most respected property services company in Australia. We provide sustainable cleaning, maintenance, chemicals, consumables and energy management services. We have six specialist divisions each dedicated to understanding your business and what it takes to create the best possible experience for everyone who walks through your door.

Our Story

In 1991, Ray Eid and his two partners took on their first contract: Redback Brewery Hotel. ACW proudly opened their first office on Buckley Street in Essendon with a small staff and heaps of enthusiasm.

A second office came in 1995, when Ray and his partner decided to convert an old shoe factory in Coburg into modern offices. In the next two decades, ACW opened multiple interstate offices, supporting clients in major cities and regional centres throughout Australia.

The next period of growth saw the head office move to a modern facility in Tullamarine. What started as a humble property services business has expanded into the ACW group – specialist divisions across Commercial, Care, Hospitality, Energy Management and Property Maintenance. The second generation of Eids are now working in the company, continuing the expertise developed over almost three decades. Although we’ve grown, our values remain the same, and we still treat every client like family.
