This section displays the client’s site information. This info can be updated by the client in real time.
This is the main section of the Clean Care Connect. Here the Clients can request a meeting with their Contracts Manager or a member of the Sales Team.
A hard copy of the site record can also be produced through the print feature of this section.
The system allows the client to add additional tasks or requests that are outside the scope of the original project.

Clean Care Connect includes all the Site Inspection Reports added by the Contracts Manager. Whenever our Contracts Manager completes a scheduled or ad hoc site visit, the full report is logged in CCC. The site’s overall score, as well as score and commentary by area, can be viewed online. Scores below 7.5 automatically trigger a warning email to the entire team, including our National Operations Manager. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services and will always sort out any issues without excuses.
